Consultant Paediatric Cardiologist – Limerick

We are looking for a Consultant Paediatric Cardiologist to join our team in Limerick.

Role:

• Provide expert care for children with congenital and acquired heart disease, including complex cases, arrhythmias, and heart failure.

• Lead outpatient clinics and manage inpatient cardiology care.

• Perform echocardiography, cardiac imaging, and support catheter lab procedures.

• Participate in the on-call cardiology rota and provide advice to paediatric colleagues across the region.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including surgeons, intensivists, and nursing staff.

• Contribute to service development, quality improvement, and teaching initiatives.

Requirements:

Eligable for specialist registration in Paediatrics with the Medical Council of Ireland.

At least two years’ experience in paediatric cardiology

Salary:

€233k-280k per annum
