Fertility Consultant

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Fertility Doctor / IVF Doctor to join a leading fertility clinic in Cork, Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a fertility doctor specialising in reproductive medicine and IVF to work in a modern, patient-focused clinic alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team.

The successful fertility doctor will provide consultations, fertility investigations, and treatment planning for patients undergoing IVF and assisted reproductive technologies (ART). You will work closely with embryologists, fertility nurses, and other specialists to deliver high-quality fertility care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultations as a fertility doctor for patients undergoing fertility investigations

• Develop personalised treatment plans for IVF, IUI, and fertility treatments

• Perform fertility procedures such as egg collection, embryo transfer, and ultrasound monitoring

• Manage patients with complex fertility conditions including PCOS, endometriosis, and recurrent pregnancy loss

• Work closely with the embryology team and fertility nurses

• Contribute to the growth of fertility services within the clinic

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialist training in Reproductive Medicine, Fertility Medicine, or Obstetrics & Gynaecology

• Experience working as a Fertility Doctor, IVF Doctor, or Reproductive Medicine Specialist

• Experience with IVF treatment and assisted reproductive technologies

• Strong patient communication skills and a compassionate approach
