General Practitioner – Dublin | Hybrid Primary Care

We are seeking an experienced GP to join our new Dublin clinic, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care through a hybrid digital and in-person model. This role offers clinical leadership, development opportunities, and the chance to shape a growing practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general practice care across a broad range of patient presentations.

• Deliver women’s health, chronic disease management, and preventative care.

• Conduct remote video/telephone consultations alongside in-person care.

• Ensure continuity of care and smooth transition between virtual and clinic appointments.

• Lead and participate in clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Mentor and support junior clinical staff, contributing to a culture of continuous professional development.

• Contribute to service development and innovative clinical pathways.

Essential Requirements

• Full specialist registration with the Irish Medical Council (IMC)

• Minimum 2 years post-specialist training experience in general practice preferred (Irish experience)

• Strong clinical acumen and excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team

• Experience in clinical governance, mentoring, and leadership

• Right to work in Ireland

Desirable

• Interest or experience in specialist areas

• Experience with digital health or hybrid care models

• Contribution to service development and clinical innovation
