Emergency Medicine Consultant
St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny

We are currently seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Consultant to join our committed team at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kilkenny.

37-hour working week, scheduled between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm on rostered Mondays to Fridays, and between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm on rostered Saturdays.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical care and oversee governance for all ED patients.
• Offer strategic leadership to our emergency services.
• Foster a culture of mentorship and collaboration within the emergency department.
• Participate in the Emergency Medicine department rotas.
• Collaborate effectively with other consultants at St. Luke’s Hospital to ensure the delivery of high-quality emergency care.

Requirements:

• Eligible to register with the IMC under specialist registration.
• Relevant experience as an Emergency Medicine Specialist/Consultant.

Salary:
€226,681-272,290 per annum
