Emergency Medicine Registrar
Sligo University Hospital

Sligo University Hospital is currently seeking an Emergency Medicine Registrar to join its Emergency Department on a contract basis. The hospital serves the northwest region and offers excellent experience across a wide range of emergency presentations in a supportive teaching environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective emergency care under Consultant supervision

• Participate in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients presenting to the ED

• Assist in supervising and supporting junior doctors and medical students

• Participate in departmental audits, training, and clinical governance activities

Requirements:

• Valid IMC registration

• Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience in emergency medicine

• ALS, ATLS, or equivalent certification is an advantage

Salary:
€68,209 – €80,232 per annum
