ENT Consultant – Relocate to Dubai

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking an experienced ENT Consultant to provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and regulatory compliance. The role combines clinical excellence with mentorship, education, and continuous improvement in practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive, ethical, and patient-focused ENT clinical care across all relevant settings

  • Identify, assess, and manage clinical risks associated with patient care

  • Ensure strict adherence to clinical governance, quality standards, and patient safety protocols

  • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records

  • Support professional growth by mentoring and training junior doctors and medical students

  • Participate in continuous professional development, keeping up to date with best practices in ENT

  • Conduct clinical duties with integrity, accountability, and the highest professional standards

Education & Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of Consultant-level experience

Recognised ENT Qualifications

Ideal candidates must hold specialist credentials including:

  • United Kingdom / Ireland:

    • CCT in Otorhinolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery (CCT ENT)

  • United States / Canada:

    • American Board Certification in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery (USA)

    • Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Certification in Otolaryngology

  • Australia / New Zealand:

    • Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons – ENT (FRACS ENT)

  • South Africa:

    • Fellowship of the Colleges of Surgery of South Africa – ENT (FCS ENT [SA])

Ideally, candidates will have at least two years of post-certification Consultant-level experience

Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to mentor, supervise, and train junior medical staff and students

  • Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Understanding of clinical audits, quality improvement, and governance processes

  • Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary: €195,000 – €308,000 (~780,000 – 1,232,000 AED) depending on experience and qualifications
