💵 AED 90,000 – 100,000 per month + performance-based incentives

✅ Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have:

Fellowship training in Paediatric Surgery
Minimum 3+ years’ Consultant-level (or equivalent) experience
Demonstrated expertise in paediatric surgical care (elective & emergency)
Strong clinical, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
