Job Title: Senior Clinical Psychologist

Job Summary
Our client, leading healthcare provider is seeking a Senior Clinical Psychologist to join its multidisciplinary team. The organization specializes in residential and supported living services for children and adults with complex mental health needs, autism, and intellectual disabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. The role involves providing clinical supervision, training, and contributing to the continuous development of psychological services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning.
- Provide individual and group therapy/counseling sessions.
- Develop and implement person-centered care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Offer training and support to staff, parents, and families.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service reports.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on best practices, research, and professional standards in psychology.
Qualifications & Experience
- A recognized postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology.
- Minimum of three years post-qualification experience (preferably in mental health, autism, or intellectual disabilities).
- Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Psychological Society of Ireland.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- A full clean driving license.
