He builds strong relationships with both clients and candidates to deliver top talent across the medical sector. He prioritises a healthy work-life balance and encourages his team to do the same. With Graham, our clients can trust they’re in safe hands. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his young family.

Meet Shirley, our Head of General Practice Recruitment. With experience working and living in several countries around the world, Shirley brings a deep understanding of the challenges of relocating to a new country. Her experience has helped her build a network of contacts worldwide, making her an expert in international recruitment. Shirley understands the unique requirements of international recruitment and can help clients navigate the process with ease.

Meet James, our Senior Recruiter specialising in Psychiatry. With extensive experience in the industry, James has a deep understanding of the sector and its unique requirements. In his free time, he enjoys keeping fit and healthy and has a keen interest in personal fitness. James is also a former rugby player, bringing his team-oriented and determined approach to his work. His personable and approachable nature helps him build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Meet Ashley who is our resourcer for our GP desk. Ashley finds the best doctors for her team within Out Of Hours, Aesthetics, Occupational Health, Women’s Health and General Practitioners. When Ashley isn’t busy at work or juggling family life, she enjoys spending her free time outdoors sea swimming and hiking and also travelling the world, making wonderful memories with her family.

Meet Grace, our Compliance Officer at MatchMedics. Grace plays a key role in maintaining our high standards of compliance, ensuring that all candidates and clients experience a smooth and efficient process. In her free time, Grace enjoys crafting and has a particular passion for crochet, often creating beautiful handmade pieces in her downtime. 

Meet Kia, our Recruitment Resourcer specialising in Emergency Medicine and Paediatrics. Kia plays a vital role in sourcing top talent, ensuring our clients are connected with the best candidates. Her attention to detail and dedication to finding the right fit makes her an essential part of the team. Outside of work, Kia is a food enthusiast who loves baking and discovering new coffee spots. She’s also loves her dogs, spending her free time with them. 

Lisiane is an experienced recruiter who specialises in sourcing Psychiatry, Histopathology and Microbiology professionals for a range of healthcare organisations in Ireland. With a career that started in Brazil and has now spanned many years in Ireland, Lisi has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with international relocation. She is passionate about helping candidates navigate the complex process of moving to a new country and supporting them as they build their careers in a new environment. When she’s not working, Lisi enjoys spending time with her young family, going on long adventurous weekend walks and exploring the beautiful countryside of Ireland.

Originally from Texas, she relocated to Ireland a few years ago and has since embraced her role in connecting talented doctors with locum healthcare opportunities across Ireland.
