A well-established clinic in Co. Offaly is seeking a Specialist General Practitioner to join its experienced team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern primary care setting with strong clinical support, flexible working arrangements, and accommodation provided by the practice.
The Role
You will provide comprehensive family medicine services to a diverse patient population, managing acute presentations, chronic disease care, preventative health, and ongoing patient management in a busy but supportive environment.
The successful candidate will join an experienced team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a well-established community practice.
Essential Requirements
- Specialist Registration with the Irish Medical Council (General Practice Division), or eligibility to obtain it
- Experience working as a Family Medicine Specialist / GP Specialist in a comparable healthcare system
- Strong clinical skills in primary care and chronic disease management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient-focused approach and commitment to high standards of care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
